Summer has passed and fall is quickly fading away. Soon we will be digging out our mittens and scraping ice off of our windows. For a lot of people this is their favorite season. The exchange of gifts, visits from family and the renewed hope for another year are all reasons to be thankful. Here at Access we are thankful for the opportunity we have had to give back. We recently participated in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure to raise money for breast cancer research as well as the 17th Annual Beans and Cornbread luncheon that helps those who have fallen on hard times and find it difficult to feed themselves and their families. The annual event also helps to raise funds for those who are struggling to find shelter. We have been very fortunate to participate with these organizations and lend a helping hand to our thriving community. In the next few months there will be several opportunities to serve the city of Amarillo and its residents and we encourage you to read our blog and follow us on Facebook to see how you can help make a difference in our wonderful city.
