Part-Time Teller

This position requires professionalism, accuracy and good member relations skills. Position involves handling deposits, withdrawals, payments and transfers.  Additional duties related to filing, waiting on drive-up window traffic, answering teller calls and Member Service.  Must be able to promote products and services and uphold exceptional sales ability.  Candidate must be detailed oriented and able to multi-task.  Teller experience preferred.

Full-Time Member Services Specialist/Utility

This position requires professionalism, accuracy and good member relations skills.  Responsibilities are, but not limited to, various clerical duties related to new accounts, CD’s, loan department and teller department.  Additional duties consist of providing general information regarding services and products to members, loan interviewing, presenting loans to loan officers, and processing and closing loans, setting up new accounts, entering other member information and teller duties. Must be able to promote products and services and uphold exceptional sales ability.  Candidate must have good computer skills, be detailed oriented and able to multi-task.

FT Service Center Representative

The Service Center Representative will provide service and support for members over the phone dealing with request that are both routine in nature and some that require extensive research and use of problem solving skills to identify and resolve issues with payment systems, mobile banking, internet banking, and other transaction or account related situations for members. The position will involve but is not limited to requests for balance information, transfers, loan payments, account research, product information, reaching out to other department or specialists, and explanation of situations or conditions that occur on deposit and loan accounts. This position will require new member follow up for accounts opened online and cross-sells for new or underutilized products and services. The primary role for this position is to participate in a one call resolution, along with other SCRs and take incoming calls, log notes related to discussions with members, and take complete ownership of the member’s needs while meeting ACCU performance standards on level of service on the phone.

Potential candidates need to be well-rounded in many Credit Union departments (specifically lending, member service and teller) and have an excess of knowledge on Credit Union products.
