Access is open for business, however, the way we conduct it will temporarily change. Starting Monday, March 23rd, all branch lobbies will be closed, except by appointment. Drive-ups and phones will remain open, though. As for our phones, the lines will now be open from 8:15am to 5:00pm. This is the responsible thing to do for our team, members, and their families. With our technology and experience, we will be able to allow a portion of our staff to work from home, while others will still be at our locations.

As of now, we encourage all our members to utilize electronic banking products. These include:

  • Remote Deposit Capture
  • Online Banking
  • Online Loan Applications
  • E-Signing Documents
  • ATMs
  • Phones

We know that these are concerning times for all Americans, and we want our members to know that Access Community Credit Union will be making changes and exceptions to our operations and procedures should the need arise. As the Coronavirus Pandemic takes a toll on our economy, we are aware that some members might struggle financially in the coming months. Access is here to support these members during this business cycle.
