REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Access Community Credit Union will need copies of the following documents, dependent on the type of account opened. Other documents might be required. Please contact your local county clerk’s office, or registered state agency, to obtain and file any required documents.

 

Sole Proprietorship

  • D.B.A (Doing Business As)
  • E.I.N (Employer Identification Number) or SS #

L.L.C.

  • Copy of Texas L.L.C. Certificate of Formation
  • Copy of Texas L.L.C. Company Agreement
  • Texas L.L.C. Employer Identification Number (EIN)/ Tax ID
  • If single member LLC, will need EIN or SS# of member
  • D.B.A if applicable
  • Resolution signed by all Manger(s)/Member(s) Authorizing Banking Activity
  • Certificate of Good Standing (Account Status) from Texas Comptroller

Corporation

  • Copy of Certificate of Formation
  • Copy of Assumed Name Certificate
  • Copy of executed Bylaws
  • Resolution signed by all Board of Directors Authorizing Banking Activity
  • Certificate of Good Standing (Account Status) from Texas Comptroller

General Partnership

  • A.B.N, if any (Assumed Business Name)
  • E.I.N, if any (Employer Identification Number)
  • Copy of executed Partnership Agreement
  • Copy of Identity Proof of Partners (i.e. driver’s license and SS# of all partners)
  • Resolution signed by all Partners Authorizing Banking Activity

Limited Partnership

  • A.B.N, if any (Assumed Business Name)
  • E.I.N, (Employer Identification Number)
  • Copy of executed Limited Partnership Agreement
  • Copy of Identity Proof of General Partners (EIN or driver’s license and SS# of all general partners)
  • Copy of Articles of Formation
  • Certificate of Good Standing (Account Status) from Texas Comptroller
  • Resolution signed by all General Partners Authorizing Banking Activity
  • If General Partner is an LLC or Corporation will need the same information as set out herein for those entities
