To be able to take advantage of the many services
of Access Community Credit Union, you must first become a member
of the Credit Union. To be eligible for membership you
must live, work, worship, or go to school in Potter
or Randall Counties. You can also be an employee of
an affiliated business or the relative (by blood or
marriage) of an employee. If your employer has not requested
affiliation with Access Community Credit Union, just ask them
to give us a call (806-353-9999 or 800-687-2990) and
request an affiliation packet. We will take it from
there.
The first step for an eligible individual is to open
a Share (Savings) Account. All that is required is completing
and signing an Account Card, a deposit of at least $5,
and a copy of your driver’s license or valid picture
identification. This simple process makes you a member
of the Credit Union. Simply drop by our offices at 6401
S. Bell in Amarillo or give us a call and ask for a
new account representative.
You may also want to open a “Free” Checking
Account. If you are in the Amarillo area, drop by the
office, pick out your new checks, and make your initial
deposit of $50.
If you are planning to purchase a new or used vehicle
and need a competitive rate of interest, your Credit
Union can very likely save you money. Give us a call
and ask about our current rates or check out the Loan
Rate page on this web site.
Our many savings programs offer flexibility for you
as a member. In addition to regular Share (Savings)
Accounts we offer Certificates of Deposit (CDs), Individual
Retirement Accounts (IRAs), IRA CD's, and much more.
When you become a member of Access Community Credit Union, you
are part of a growing Credit Union family that has financial
interests similar to yours.
